雪駄は鼻緒まで指をしっかり入れるのではなく、つっかっけて（浅く履く)踵を出して履くのが粋なはき方です。底には金具が付いています。
履き始めはきつく感じるかも知れませんが
鼻緒が馴染んでくると足にフィットしてきます。
